The car may actually seem ok in town use where you're not heating the clutch too much. Once it heats it will slip. Definitely change the bearings. For the clutch i would suggest once you have your kit out compare the two samples to confirm fitting and diameter.
Tip.....Once your new one is fitted avoid launching and safari style driving for about 200 miles. Easy release and unrelease of clutch. . stop and go traffic is actually the best for breaking in your new clutch. . Trust me if you do that properly and you have a genuine clutch and you drive well your new clutch will last you ages. .
